Dear First Name,
At this time of year, I am reminded of how grateful I am to be a part of the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy and the Jean Mayer Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging community. Now in my second year, I am so appreciative of the incredible learning opportunities available to students. For example, this past summer I interned at the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition (NSAC) in Washington, D.C.
I gained valuable experience and connections that will help me pursue a career in federal agricultural policy.
My Friedman School education and learning experiences are enabling me and my fellow classmates to make an impact in the world, and I cannot thank you enough. I look forward to continuing to pay your generosity forward.
Of course being part of the Friedman School community also means I remain grateful for the wonderful supply of student and alumni recipes! As Thanksgiving approaches, please enjoy a wonderful recipe from alumna Caroline Kaufman, N10.
Thank you and enjoy!
Alyssa Charney, N15
